At Cali Kings, we do not assume any liability that may arise from technical problems or failures of the computer equipment, not attributable to our Company, that can occur during the connection to the Internet, along with any damage that may be caused by third parties by means of illegal intromissions outside the control of Cali Kings.
We also remain exempt of any liability regarding possible damages or harm to the user as the result of errors, defects or omissions in the information that we provide when it comes from external sources.

Warranty

Cali Kings’ customers benefit from the manufacturer’s guarantee on the articles purchased.
No defect or damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the goods, or normal wear and tear, are included in the terms of these guarantees.
Any reduction in the functionality of the articles due to limitations in their conception are also excluded from the terms of the guarantees.
Although our seed stock is constantly and rapidly renewed and we carry out germination tests in addition to those made by the nursery, this product is a living organism and it is impossible for Cali Kings to offer guarantees as to the germinating potential of the seeds.
We possess the best conservation conditions in the sector according to the specific seed bank and our own experience which, along with short seed stock rotation periods enable us to deal only in the latest batches of seeds released for sale by the nurseries or seed banks. For these reasons we can not accept returns of seed products.

Consult the expert advice of our Customer Service Center, which will facilitate contact with the technical services maintained by our suppliers.

Although our seed stock is constantly renewed and we do regular germination tests, as it is a living product, it is impossible for Cali Kings to give guarantees over their germination power.

The users of our website are aware of the above and accept it voluntarily.
